An Abstract Perspective

Landscapes Reimagined on Canvas

Tiggy Ticehurst’s work blurs the boundary between memory and imagination. His sweeping brushstrokes evoke coastlines, skies, and shifting horizons—landscapes that feel both familiar and dreamlike. What emerges is less about a precise place and more about the emotional resonance of space itself. The viewer is invited to step inside, letting color and movement reconstruct their own remembered geographies.

The Language of Color

Emotion in Every Hue

At the heart of Ticehurst’s paintings lies a devotion to color as narrative. Layers of blue, ochre, and soft neutrals are built up and broken down, creating a rhythm that mirrors nature’s own shifting moods. Each canvas feels alive, pulsing with energy, yet balanced by a quiet stillness. This harmony between intensity and calm gives her work a universal accessibility—immediately striking, yet endlessly contemplative.

Art for the Living Space

From Studio to Home, A Lasting Presence

Ticehurst’s canvases carry with them the expansiveness of the outdoors, making them as impactful in a gallery as they are within an intimate living space. Their scale and palette transform walls into windows, extending rooms outward into imagined skies and seas. For collectors, her paintings offer more than decoration—they become enduring companions, shifting with the light and revealing new subtleties each day.
