Yes! You can purchase an e-gift card on Clic.com, to be redeemed online only. We also offer in-store gift cards, to be redeemed in-store only. Please visit or call one of our stores to purchase an in-store gift card.

Orders are typically delivered within approximately 7–10 business days from the time the order is placed. Most U.S. orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx.

In general, we do not offer international shipping or expedited shipping options. However, in some cases we may be able to assist. Please email us at [email protected] and we will let you know if it is possible.

For ART orders, please allow up to 15 business days to ship and process. All pieces are made-to-order and some may require special attention.

In the event that your package is lost or stolen, please contact us within 14 days after the delivery date on the tracking information so we can properly assist you. We will not be reliable for cases not reported within this period and you, the client will be responsible to file a claim with the carrier. 

All requests for refunds and replacements will be decided on a case-to-case basis.  

Note that we do not have control over the delivery process after the order has been sent to the carrier.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it for a one-time exchange or receive ONLINE CREDIT within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Please note that the garments must be in NEW condition. We do not cover the shipping fee for exchanges or returns.

Please note that all purchases are FINAL for SPECIAL ORDERS, JEWELRY, CANDLES, BATHING SUITS, and all items under our Art category (PHOTOGRAPHY, CANVAS, POSTERS, SKATEBOARDS, etc.). Merchandise discounted in any offer and promotion is FINAL SALE and no exchanges or returns will be accepted. No price adjustments will be made on past purchases. 

You may return an item within 14 days of receiving it by mail to our warehouse at 247 Centre Street, 2nd floor, New York, NY 10013.

Please make sure to include your order number and the packing slip that you received with your order.
