Chico

Chico, Julian Imrie, spent his formative years at sea after his father traded his London photo studio for a sailboat in the Caribbean. In his late twenties, Chico hitchhiked into Pennsylvania Amish country to learn how to become a cobbler. Today, Chico’s studio is based in Los Angeles, where he explores movement and the quest for freedom within tightly constricted boundaries.
