"Stay Steady" was the first "Community Collection" design we commissioned, and it came during the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic. At the time, the virus had forced us all to re-think the ways in which we interact with not only each other, but the natural world around us. Emily's design draws inspiration from that balance that exists between different communities - physical, existential, human, natural, etc. – and how 2020 revealed just how fragile that balance can be.
