Lighter Load Hamper

The talented, ingenious weavers of the Bolgatanga district utilize durable, renewable elephant grass to create beautiful, functional baskets that are designed to enhance daily life and to last for years. These artisans believe that craft and culture are intertwined, and that their way of life is woven into every basket they create.

This handled hamper is perfect for lighter loads of laundry, for extra linens in a guest room or bath, or for storing toys in a little one’s room.

• Care Instructions: To care for your basket, dust gently with a soft dry cloth or brush and avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or moisture, which may affect the natural fibers over time. If needed, reshape lightly with your hands and store in a dry environment. Avoid placing excessively heavy items inside to help preserve the basket’s structure and form.
• Material: elephant grass
• Dimensions: 18" diam. x 16" h
