JAMIN PUECH

In 1989, Isabelle Puech and Benoit Jamin were immersed in fashion design studies in Paris while also crafting costumes for theaters and the Opera. This unique blend of experiences inspired them to embark on their journey of creating their first distinctive and eclectic bags, which seamlessly blended elements from distant cultures. Perhaps influenced by Isabelle Puech's upbringing, spent sailing the world with her parents from Africa to Polynesian islands.

Their breakthrough came when they presented their creations at the prestigious International Fashion and Photography Festival in Hyères, Côte d'Azur. This platform, known for launching the careers of talents like Viktor & Rolf and Felipe Oliveira Baptista, awarded them the first prize, catching the attention of Bergdorf Goodman, who promptly acquired the entire collection. Following this success, they went on to design bags for renowned fashion houses like Chanel, Balmain, and Chloé before establishing Jamin Puech in 1992. Today, Jamin Puech continues to blaze trails in the world of creation, consistently producing over sixty new, vibrant, and impeccably crafted designs twice a year.
