Coming with ruffled sleeves to add a romantic touch, along with an adjustable tie-belt, the design has a blend of an artisanal craft combined with modern femininity. The fabric is hand printed in small batches by a family of 7th generation master printers in Bagru, India, using natural indigo dye and the “dabu” printing method, which explains why the hue of blue can vary from piece to piece. However, this only adds to its uniqueness, and beauty of its handmade process.
