Growing up in the French Caribbean islands, I learned to surf at a young age at my father’s side. It was rustic, close to nature, laid back. It is the DNA of who I am and seek to further become.
Surfer, baker, center of the home, I am independent and interested in making my own way in life. Much of what you read here are my own observations about how to live better, starting with what you put into your body.
All that follow is what I have learned by doing both my mistakes and successes. I am a self-taught cook. I began with no prior knowledge or formal training.
My motivation to become a cook was to better nourish my family - my two beautiful boys and my husband, my soulmate. My motivation is Love.
